The treatment we give to each of the above is in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility provided for in the Law.
ENKI, with its registered address at Av. Ejército Nacional 453, Granada, Miguel Hidalgo, C.P. 11520, Mexico, Mexico City, and website www.enki.mx, is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data.
Principles that will govern the treatment of data
The treatment we give to each of the above is in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility provided for in the Law.
Purpose of the treatment
If you are a customer, from ENKI we require your information to:
- Identify the representative, his signature and the powers he has to conclude the contract with ENKI.
- The drafting of contracts, agreements, notices in the light of those obligations that relate to us.
- Prepare invoices, credit notes and other documents that laws or tax rulings require us to prepare to comply with our accounting and tax obligations.
- Know the account from which they will deposit the respective fees to tax credit each of them.
- Communicate and deliver documents and information to the appropriate addresses.
If you are a collaborator
- To fully identify our staff.
- Know and check their work competencies.
- Know and check your academic degree.
- Know and verify their experience in the specific field.
- Know those withholding obligations for the payment of INFONAVIT, IMSS, FONACOT and/or any other obligation that requires withholding wages on our part.
- Comply with the regulations regarding the contracting of specialized services imposed by the Federal Labor Law and the respective agreements.
- Comply with contractual obligations.
- Your data will allow us to identify you and create a legal employment relationship with you, knowing your address and the details of your closest family members so that in the event of any emergency we can call them and contact them to attend to it. It will also allow us to comply with all current social security regulations, as well as any other legal provision to which we are obliged.

As a personal data processor
As a personal data processor, ENKI may fulfill its contractual obligations by manipulating third-party personal data in compliance with the Privacy Notice and Privacy Policies of the Data Controller, always following the specific instructions that the latter indicates to us, always within the limits allowed by the Law.

Your personal data is kept on physical and/or digital media in a way that we consider appropriate to protect your data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, unauthorized use, access, disclosure or treatment. The supports may be video recordings of interviews.

Means to limit the use or disclosure of the data received:
ENKI undertakes to keep the data received with the security measures that are used to store its own information, including:
- Conclude contracts that contain a confidentiality clause with your workers and service providers.
- Keep information in computer systems that use passwords for access.
- Use only equipment owned by ENKI.
- Encrypting ENKI information.
Data Transfer
We inform you that ENKI may transfer your data, when: a) For the purposes established in the privacy notice, services provided by national or foreign third parties are necessary; b) For those cases established by the LFPDP; c) In those cases that are necessary to comply with the obligations that the Federal Labor Law and its regulations and agreements require ENKI to verify compliance with Social Security obligations due to the contracting of specialized services.
Means for exercising the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO).
ARCO rights must be exercised in writing in a personal manner at the address of ENKI located at Av. Ejército Nacional 453, Col. Granada, Miguel Hidalgo, C.P. 11520, Mexico City on Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The letter requesting any of the ARCO rights must contain:
- Applicant's full name.
- Official identification of the signer and, where appropriate, the power of attorney of the person whom he represents.
- Home to hear and receive notifications.
- Precise and clear description of personal data regarding the information held by ENKI, including:
- Reason why the information was disclosed
- Means by which he disclosed the data to ENKI.
- Dates on which you released the data to ENKI.
- You must indicate which right you want to assert
- If you request the rectification of data, you must provide the correct data and the necessary evidence.
- The reason you want to assert your right must be possible.
Once the request to exercise the “ARCO” right has been received, ENKI may request additional information to help it identify the information to which the holder refers within 5 days from the date the request was received.
Once the information and complete documentation have been received, ENKI will have 20 days to respond to the request, which the data subject can pick up at the address located at Avenida Paseo de la Reforma 389, Col. Cuauhtémoc, Cuauhtémoc Mayor's Office, C.P. 06500 in Mexico City. As of that date, ENKI undertakes that the requested right will become effective within 15 days. The period of time may be extended once provided that circumstances so justify.
The data subject will be obliged to pay in advance any expenses incurred as a result of their request, whether for messaging, copying or printing.
In terms of Article 33 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data held by individuals, ENKI may choose the most efficient means to comply with the requirement, either through photocopying, printing of the information, or digitally.
Sensitive Data
ENKI will not collect sensitive data.
Notice of Changes to the Privacy Notice
ENKI will notify you of any changes to this Privacy Notice by updating it on its website www.enki.mx
ENKI may send an email containing the new version of the Privacy Notice to the owners of the information it holds.
Revocation of consent
The owner of the personal data may revoke the consent for the processing of their personal data when the legal link that gave rise to the relationship that links him with ENKI has ended, as well as all its legal consequences.
