From May 5 to 8, 2025, the event was held in Orlando, Florida, Strategy World 2025 (formerly MicroStrategy World), established as the must-see event for BI, advanced analytics and business strategy leaders. More than 1,500 professionals attended to discover how the integration of AI and Bitcoin is transforming organizations.
This year had a special meaning: MicroStrategy rebranded its name to Strategy, introduced a Bitcoin “B” logo and adopted a new orange color, signaling its dual focus on AI and digital assets.
1. Keynotes that marked the agenda
- Inaugural keynote (May 6): Michael Saylor and Phong Le emphasized that Bitcoin and AI are the most transformative technologies of this century, urging companies to be bold.
- Saylor noted: “If 100 people agree with your plan, it's probably not bold...”
- Second day (May 7): Saurabh Abhyankar, CTO, presented “The Evolution of Enterprise Intelligence in the Age of AI”, showing the new approach to more consistent and user-centered business intelligence.
2. New technologies: Mosaic & Auto 2.0
- Strategy Mosaic™: presented as a universal layer of intelligence that connects and governs data on any platform, maintaining a single semantic model for tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Google Sheets.
- Car 2.0: the second generation of Strategy One AI agents that understand structured and unstructured data, talk in parallel, and provide more consistent and secure answers.
- Strategy One Standard Edition: new lightweight offering for small teams, up to 300 users, including Mosaic and the essential features of the platform.
3. Real cases: AI and analytics at the service of the business
During the technical sessions, companies such as American Signature, Hilton, Emirates, Amica and Darden shared how they use Strategy One to:
- Optimize supply chains and reduce delivery times.
- Centralize reports in complex environments (e.g., Hilton in fire management).
- Provide personalized customer experiences (Emirates).
- Simplify BI structures and promote governed analysis.
It also included prominent panels, such as the “Women in Tech” luncheon, which addressed inclusive leadership within the sector.
4. Connection and Inspiration: Events to Build Community
- Partner Forum (May 5): space for strategic exchange between Strategy partners and managers.
- Networking “Women in Tech” (May 6): strengthened female leadership in data.
- AI+BI Party (May 6 at night): informal celebration to strengthen ties between participants.
5. Where Strategy is going: roadmap and skills
In the panel on the third day, we delved into:
- Advances of Mosaic, integration with Python in dashboards, “Power of Python” and advanced visualization design.
- Product perspective: continuous evolution of Auto 2.0, autonomous agents and improvement in data governance.
- Advanced training: certifications and practical laboratories for analysts and architects.
Strategy World 2025 was a turning point: it showed that business intelligence is evolving towards platforms enabled by AI, operational agility and unified standards in data.
The rebranding to Strategy represents much more than a change of name: it is the consolidation of a vision where AI and Bitcoin are at the strategic core of the company.
